About this role

We’re looking for a PIM System Administrator to own and operate the product information system that sits at the center of a growing real estate and investment organization. This role is about structure, accuracy, and scale. You will be responsible for managing structured data across assets, vendors, and internal systems, ensuring information is clean, standardized, and usable across teams.

You will act as the steward of the PIM platform, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to onboard data, enforce standards, and keep everything running smoothly. If you are detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable owning a core system end to end, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Work On

PIM System Ownership and Administration

  • Own and manage the Product Information Management platform end to end
  • Configure attributes, categories, item types, workflows, and user permissions
  • Maintain data standards, validation rules, and completeness requirements
  • Serve as the system expert and point of contact for all PIM-related needs

Data Intake, Standardization, and Enrichment

  • Receive data from internal teams and external partners
  • Standardize, normalize, and enrich incoming data for consistency and usability
  • Ensure data accuracy across specifications, descriptions, documents, and assets
  • Maintain clear documentation and naming conventions

Data Governance and Quality Control

  • Enforce data governance policies and best practices
  • Monitor data quality and resolve gaps, errors, or inconsistencies
  • Audit records regularly to ensure reliability and completeness
  • Own accountability for data accuracy across systems

Syndication, Integrations, and Support

  • Manage data outputs to downstream systems and tools
  • Troubleshoot data sync, export, or integration issues
  • Support internal teams with accurate, up-to-date product and asset data
  • Assist with onboarding new data sources, partners, or internal workflows

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience managing structured data, PIM systems, or database-driven platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-first mindset
  • Experience administering SaaS platforms with complex data models
  • Comfort working with large datasets, attributes, and validation rules
  • Clear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a core system

Nice to Have

  • Experience with PIM platforms, ERP systems, or large internal databases
  • Background in real estate, asset management, or operations-heavy environments
  • Familiarity with integrations, data exports, or API-based workflows
  • Experience supporting sales, operations, or enablement teams with structured data
