Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique busca integrar a su equipo de trabajo a un(a) Residence & Estates Accounting Specialist (Especialista en Contabilidad de Residencias y Estates) con el fin de garantizar una gestión financiera precisa y confiable, y una comunicación profesional con propietarios de alto perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Realizar los procesos contables en estricto apego a las políticas de la compañía para asegurar la exactitud de la información financiera.
  • Asegurar que las cuotas de administración sean cobradas a tiempo, manteniendo una adecuada comunicación con los propietarios.
  • Programar y garantizar los pagos a proveedores en el tiempo y forma adecuados.
  • Revisar y conciliar periódicamente los movimientos bancarios con los registros contables.
  • Administrar y dar seguimiento a la información financiera de residencias y estates.
  • Analizar y presentar reportes financieros, con un enfoque claro y profesional.
  • Apoyar auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con residencias y estates.
  • Analizar y emitir estados de cuenta para los propietarios de residencias y estates.
  • Gestionar la facturación electrónica, cargos, pagos y conciliaciones relacionadas con propietarios.
  • Atender de manera personalizada consultas financieras de propietarios (en español e inglés).
  • Manejar la información bajo su responsabilidad con estricta discreción y confidencialidad.

     

Perfil del puesto

  • Título Universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o Administración.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el área de contabilidad y finanzas.
  • Experiencia comprobable en la industria de la hospitalidad, residencias de alto valor o real estate.
  • Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés (oral y escrito).
  • Excel avanzado y experiencia en manejo de sistemas contables; deseable experiencia en sistemas PMS.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con propietarios y clientes de alto perfil.

 

What are we looking for?

 

An AccountingAccounting  serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Previous experience in a high volume Accounts function
  • Computer literate, with good MS Excel skills
  • Good time management and organisation skills
  • High-level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous Accounts experience, preferably within a hotel environment
  • Relevant degree, in Accounting or related business discipline, from an academic institution
