As a VIP National Trainer, you would be responsible for: 

• Helping to develop scalable, high‑impact training solutions—including digital learning modules, sales playbooks, job aids, facilitator guides, and process documentation—that elevate sales effectiveness and ensure consistency across all VIP teams. 

   

• Partnering closely with Regional Sales Managers, site leadership, and subject matter experts to translate business needs into engaging, actionable learning experiences that strengthen product knowledge, sales strategy, and client engagement for high‑value members.
