Your mission:
- Identify, develop, and close sales of our innovative manual and industrial bakery machines across Europe.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, agents, and partners through regular visits and demonstrations.
- Understand the unique needs of industrial bakery clients and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate profitable contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to strengthen our position in the bakery industry.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and sales forecasts to meet and exceed targets.
What we’re looking for:
- A technical or commercial background with experience selling technical products.
- Experience or interest in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage and motivate a network of sales agents.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; German skills are a plus.
- Independent, flexible, precise, and excellent communicator.
