  • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

Under the direction of the Guest Relations Manager, the Telecom Operator operates an intelligent telephone console system to provide communication services for the hospital. These services include but not limited to process in-coming, out-going, and inter-facility calls, and providing various hospital communications duties and projects.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Use a computer and multi-line telephone system.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements, guidelines, and policies.
