Position Summary:
The Project Scope and Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of technical documentation, quality processes, and project submittals across all business processes throughout the project lifecycle. The role oversees scope, quality, and documentation control by reviewing plans, inspections, materials, and certifications to ensure alignment with contract requirements, approved designs, and regulatory standards. Through regular site surveillance, inspections, audits, and reporting, the position ensures effective implementation of approved ITPs, methods of statements, and quality plans. The specialist also supports proactive issue resolution by managing NCRs, SORs, and recurring findings while strengthening quality assurance and business process compliance within PMIS platforms.
