About this role
- Required 12+ years of experience with at least 2 to 3 complete Project cycle in High-rise Residential/Commercial building projects,
- Must have skills of operating Microsoft project (essential)/ Primavera (PMP certification preferable)
- Worked on 2 to 3 complete Project cycle
- Experience of "Composite Building/Steel Structure buildings, Malls and office required
- Experience of working on all trades i.e Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting.

- The MEPF Planning Manager will oversee the planning and execution of MEPF systems in high-rise residential and commercial projects. They will ensure that all trades, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting, are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
