General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Support project engineers and site teams in day-to-day engineering activities
- Assist in monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications,
- drawings, and standards
- Support project managers in planning, coordination, and reporting activities
- Assist in site supervision, inspections, and progress monitoring
- Review drawings, specifications, and basic technical documents
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Support preparation of reports, schedules, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project procedures
- Learn and apply company standards, systems, and processes
- Maintain proper project records and documentation.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Saudi National
- Bachelors degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Graduation year: 2024 onwards
- Willingness to work on-site and project locations (Jeddah / Dammam)
- Basic understanding of engineering principles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage, not mandatory)
- Strong learning mindset and proactive attitude
- Willingness to take guidance and grow within project teams
- Willingness to work on-site and learn within a PMC environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced project environment
- Team-oriented with basic problem-solving skills
