HILL International is expanding in Kazakhstan. We are looking for experienced professionals, for following position:
Key responsibilities
Draft and review contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and applicable laws.
Maintain accurate records of all contractual correspondence and documentation.
Assist in preparation of tender documents, bid evaluations, and contract award recommendations.
Support procurement teams in aligning supplier agreements with project requirements.
Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Manage claims, variations, and disputes in coordination with legal and project teams.
Prepare documentation for arbitration or dispute resolution when required.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Monitor contractor performance against scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
Support project reporting by providing contractual and commercial insights.
Track contract budgets, payments, and financial commitments.
Ensure compliance with insurance, bonding, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
5-10 years of similar experience in contract administration within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
Preferable engineering background
Fluent in English and Russian
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international contract standards
Proven experience in contract administration within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
Excellent, communication, and analytical skills.
