This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Summary:

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations & Maintenance Lead to support the United States Army Reserve Command’s C2CRE‑A mission. This role is essential to ensuring the readiness, accountability, and movement of mission‑critical equipment that supports national‑level response operations.

What You Will Do:

The responsibilities below describe the general scope of work for this position. Actual duties may vary based on mission needs and assigned tasks.

Warehouse Operations & Management (44,000 sq. ft. facility)

  • Conduct routine and cyclic inventories.

  • Track and maintain Authorized Stock Levels (ASL).

  • Create and process work orders for durable and consumable items, ASL shortages, push‑package equipment, and unit requests.

  • Perform packaging and shipping operations.

  • Execute receiving, transferring, and accountability actions.

  • Manage shelf‑life programs for applicable materials.

  • Develop load plans to support bulk equipment movements and mission deployments.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior military experience.

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

  • Experience using Logistics Information Systems (LIS).

  • Experience managing Government‑ or Contractor‑Acquired Property.
