Our vision is to create bright futures for children, their families and communities. We would love for you to join our team as the Team Leader for our Autism Spectrum Disorder case management team.
The Team Lead for the case management program provides coordination of staff, providing guidance and training, and acting as a liaison between the team and supervisor. The Team Lead assists the supervisor in documentation review, quality assessment, tracking, and creation of spreadsheets, and other duties as required.
This position offers a flexible schedule and the ability to work complete documentation remotely.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mental or behavior health.
- State license commensurate with position requirement (consideration given if currently in process of obtaining or ability to obtain).
- One year experience in similar role (internship will be considered).
- Trained and has at least one-year supervised experience in the LEO EMR system, case management, and treatment of minors and their families.
- Valid driver's license.
