Purpose of the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join HH Global as we continue a journey of growth with one of the top global sports brands. Our client, a renowned sports fashion retailer, is expanding in the ever-evolving retail landscape, and they've entrusted us to support and enhance their in-store execution.

The role will manage multiple large scale, complex in-store fit-outs with various lead times across the EMEA region and so prior experience with fit-out, layout planning and intricate fixtures, fittings and equipment is an advantage. 

Your responsibilities will include receiving project briefings, managing day-to-day communications, providing quotations, and overseeing complex execution. The role involves a blend of project work, collaboration with clients + internal teams and occasional on-site presence during installations. 

Your core responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of sometimes intricate and multifaceted projects within dynamic retail environments. You will cultivate strong relationships with your team and partners, fostering effective collaboration to consistently exceed our client's high expectations.

This role is based ion a blended basis between HH Global office, client site(s) and remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors
• Collaborate closely with your Client Engagement colleagues to extract comprehensive client briefs
• Elevate customer service standards for all stakeholders, both within the organization and externally
• Take the lead in coordinating in-store fit-out deliveries, serving as the primary client contact day-to-day and overseeing the project from layout creation right through to installation
• Create meticulous specifications for both internal and external clients
• Drive innovation by implementing new methods and procedures when necessary
• Collaborate as part of a cohesive team to meet contractual obligations, craft compelling presentations and manage essential account administration and reporting

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• A great Project / Program Manager, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Background in Retail, Hospitality, Residential, Industrial or Workplace fit-out
• Fantastic skills at developing relationships
• Ability to read architectural, construction and layout drawings - Sketch-up and DWG experience is an advantage
• Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
• Experience in trouble shooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
• Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Professional, courteous and calm under pressure
