Purpose of the Job

The Operations Analyst is responsible for entry all data information of the projects into the system, tracking all the process and delivery dates in a positive, collaborative and team-building manner to ensure success. Collaborate to improve operations internally, work cooperatively and effectively to set goals, troubleshoot problems to make decisions that enhance effectiveness and efficiency. This person works within a ticketing queue.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively support production services activities for print and marketing supply chain company.
• Work closely with Production Service Managers to provide quality service in all their data entry requirements.
• Work closely with the Production Service Managers and the Client Engagement Managers to update orders and client needs for the designated client.
• Manage the procurement of distribution lists, quantities, Purchase Orders (POs), Proof of Deliveries (PODs) from production teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing for services.
• Become strong subject matter expert and user of the HUB supply chain system.
• Work with internal management teams to resolve challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
• Creation, analysis of reports, develop the insights obtained and present them to the management team.
• Review of information sent in Excel layouts.
• Receiving client service follow-up.
• Understand and execute against client KPIs as assigned.
• Manage production and job level WIP through daily.
• Execute invoices in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Execute production activities within guidelines of established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and in compliance with contractual agreements and company policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills +Experience

• 1-3 Years of experience performing administrative activities, information analysis, and information capture, (Call center, Shared Service Center, Help Desk,)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related areas
• Advanced English required
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Very effective communicator, with excellent spelling and grammar
• Organized
• Self-motivated and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Pro-actively looks to solve problems
