Purpose of the Job 

Our Account Managers work closely with clients, suppliers and internal contacts to deliver services to our customers professionally, to specification and on time.  You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery, developing and maintaining strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels.  

You will remain in contact with suppliers and clients across the Print / Point of Sale Materials (POSM)  arena and take responsibility for ownership of the relationships while developing them further. The Account Manager is required to negotiate costings and timescales for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier. 

This role operates on a blended basis between our client's site(s), our local HH Global office and remote. Our client is in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities  

• Provide technical input and advice on Print projects as required
• Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible
• Brief suppliers on client requirements
• Deliver a high level of customer service
• Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
• Implement new methods and procedures as required
• Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
• Agree and manage budgets and P+Ls
• Ensure profit is maximized through analysis of performance
• Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies

Knowledge, Skills + Experience 

• Client facing Account Management experience required within a contracted environment to strict SLAs and KPIs
• Campaign Print / Permanent POSM experience is required
• Strong commercial understanding
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong time management and prioritization skills - able to prioritize workload in a high energy environment
• Process driven, with an eye to sales and business development
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Bulgarian is required - capability in other languages is an advantage
