Purpose of this Job

We are seeking an Artworker to report to the Senior Account Manager in the fast-paced and continuously evolving studio environment of our Consumer Healthcare client.

You will play a key role in producing high-quality artwork for a range of integrated internal and external marketing campaigns, covering both print and digital executions. With strong experience in adapting agency files and making necessary artwork modifications, you will ensure that each project meets its specific requirements. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, collaborating closely with the creative team to manage and consistently deliver accurate, on-brand output for every project.

The role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client site in Levent, Istanbul, and home as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpreting design ideas and making them reality
• Delivering consistent work, adhering to print specifications, brand guidelines and cutter guides
• Adapting key assets for multiple production outputs
• Retouching and cutting out supplied photography and images
• Reviewing artwork, packaging final files and preparing print- and digital-ready work
• Quality checking own and colleagues’ work
• Following the studio’s traffic management process to ensure best-in-class results are achieved
• Championing brand guidelines and ensuring best-in-class creative output is achieved in each channel or touch point
• Working with suppliers where necessary
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and software

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop + Illustrator
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint + Excel
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team and engage in face-to-face client meetings
• Strong attention to detail - skilled in proofreading text and performing detailed quality checks on artwork, going beyond basic spell-checking
• Flexible and able to adapt with agility to quickly changing priorities and deal with multiple rounds of edits, amends and re-starts
• Open to receiving feedback to ensure the best final product is delivered to the client, even under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Creatively minded, with the ability able to provide input and support into design where needed
• Working knowledge of English, written and spoken is preferable
• An active desire to learn and progress within the sector
