Purpose of the Job

 

This role is central to the delivery of our services to a key beverage client in the field of Point of Sale Materials / Point of Purchase (POSM / POP).

 

You will be part of a dedicated central support team reporting directly to the Account Director. Together, these teams ensure seamless coordination and execution of strategic initiatives across global markets.

  • Harmonization projects
  • Saving analysis and management information

 

This position combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, enabling you to deliver measurable impact and foster innovation for our clients.

 

The Transformation Account Manager acts as a strategic partner and operational leader, combining account management excellence with business acceleration capabilities to deliver transformation initiatives and flawless execution of complex, high-value projects across global markets.

 

The role is based on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client site(s) and home.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic Transformation - identify, prioritize and structure strategic opportunities to accelerate business growth
  • Translate high level business goals into actionable transformation roadmaps
  • Act as a change agent, promoting innovation and continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder Engagement - build and maintain strong relationships with client teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing technical input and strategic recommendations
  • Performance & Reporting - develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track impact and value creation
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets and P&L to maximize profitability

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

 

  • Familiarity with POSM sourcing complexities, for example China / Far East sourcing, Incoterms and logistics mapping
  • Proven experience in Account Management and Business Transformation, ideally within beverage or related sectors
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in managing global, high-value initiatives
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure
  • Has a project management mind-set
  • Process driven, with an eye to sales and business development
  • Approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings
  • Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
