<p>HG Insights has one of the world’s best B2B technology intelligence datasets - tracking over 10M companies and their tech stacks. We’re now building an AI-first agentic platform on top of it. Think sales co-pilots that actually understand your accounts, competitive intelligence agents that surface insights in real-time, and workflows that eliminate the grunt work from GTM motions.</p>

<p>This is a rare PM role where you get to define a new product category. While everyone talks about AI agents, most companies lack the data moat to make them truly useful. You’ll have:</p>

<p>This is a hands-on, high-velocity role: you’ll be deep in customer conversations, wireframing in Claude Code, and collaborating daily with engineering.</p>
<h4>What you’ll do</h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Own and evolve our products</strong>, like the sales co-pilot and competitive intelligence agents</li>
<li><strong>Design and prototype</strong> new AI agent experiences - we expect you to wireframe and mock up your own ideas before handing off to design</li>
<li><strong>Work directly with customers</strong> like Snowflake, Cisco, and Five9 and design partners to validate direction, then collaborate with engineering to ship</li>
<li>Build both: <strong>embed AI into existing workflows</strong> AND create <strong>new agent-based experiences</strong> from scratch working on weekly/bi-weekly sprints, monthly releases, quarterly strategy reviews</li>
</ul>
<h4>What we’re looking for</h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Deep GTM domain expertise</strong>: you’ve worked in or built products for sales prospecting, ABM, marketing ops, sales ops, or RevOps</li>
<li><strong>B2B SaaS product experience</strong>, ideally in go-to-market tools</li>
<li><strong>Hands-on design skills</strong> - can wireframe and prototype an idea without waiting for a designer</li>
<li><strong>Customer-obsessed</strong>: you’re energized by spending time with sellers and CSMs, not just analyzing metrics</li>
<li><strong>Comfortable with ambiguity</strong> and fast iteration</li>

<li><strong>Team</strong>: You’ll collaborate with ~60 engineers across backend, frontend, and data teams</li>
