Functional Demands
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Frequently reaches (extending hands and arms in any direction), and handles (seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or working with hands).
Essential Functions
Oversees all aspects of patient account and coding operations and staffing.
Develops/refines workflow processes for patient accounts staff.
Ensures 90-Day and annual competencies and reviews are completed on all staff.
Develops and distributes reports as requested by physician(s) Director and Sr. Vice President.
Attends training courses and seminars as related to the functions of patient accounting and medical coding.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, management, or related field preferred.
Required Experience
Seven years or more of management experience with at least four years in a physician practice, or equivalent education and experience.
Experience working with physicians in a large physician group preferred.
