As a BPC, you will act as a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions to drive maximum value from the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Strategic Process Consulting: Partner with HR leaders, process owners, and stakeholders to develop and refine business processes, pinpointing inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Analyze and redesign business processes to ensure they align with strategic objectives and are optimized for the ServiceNow platform.
