JD- Total Experience -6 to 10 Yrs Expertise in following type of Reports in Workday Reporting Advanced Reports Matrix Reports Composite Reports Trended Report Dashboards BIRT Reports Prism and Discovery Boards Should have good knowledge of Workday HCM Modules (Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll) Roles and Responsibilities End to End Delivery Responsibility and Deliver the work items on time based on priority CR and Defect allocation and tracking in Dev Ops tool Requirement analysis and Solution design. Report Configuration and Conduct Review on all delivered items Stakeholder Management. Preparation Weekly Status Report and Monthly Status Report. Participating in these meetings to present these reports."
