JD 1/ Lead end-to-end migration of data from Guidewire to Azure Databricks, ensuring seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations. 2/ Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; manage stakeholder expectations and communications throughout the migration lifecycle. 3/ Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and business analysts to execute migration strategy and resolve technical challenges. 4/ Establish data quality frameworks and validation processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data. 5/ Monitor project progress, identify risks proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to deliver on time and within budget
