This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.

How you will make your mark:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive change management roadmap that aligns change activities across multiple Services Delivery transformation initiatives. 

  • Translate project requirements into tailored change strategies using recognized frameworks, tools and methodologies support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

  • Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments; identify stakeholders, risks and required interventions. 

  • Create and deliver core change artifacts: Sponsor Plans, People Manager Plans, Communications Plans and Training Plans. 

  • Design and support deployment of communications and learning solutions to enable adoption and mitigate resistance. 

  • Coach people managers and advise senior leaders to sustain new behaviors and address change implications. 

  • Monitor adoption and performance metrics, track issues and risks, and provide regular status reports and recommendations. 

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to surface issues, validate assumptions and drive decisions. 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Change Management, Communications or related Field.  Masters preferred

  • 10+ years of hands-on change management experience supporting large-scale transformations or service delivery programs. 

  • Practical application of recognized change methodologies and tools

  • Consulting or client-facing experience with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. 

  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze organizational structures and processes. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Demonstrated project management, problem-solving and risk-mitigation capabilities. 

  • Experience coaching managers and evaluating user readiness. 

  • Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
