Deine Aufgaben:
- Persönliche Beratung unserer Kunden am Counter sowie telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation per E-Mail
- Erstellung von Mietverträgen und Verkauf unserer Zusatzprodukte
- Ausgabe und Rücknahme unserer Fahrzeuge
- Unterstützung bei der Planung unserer Fahrzeugflotte
Dein Profil:
- Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Dienstleistungs- oder Tourismusbranche, Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen!
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein der Klasse B

What you'll do
- The role involves personal customer consultation at the counter, as well as handling telephone and email communications. Responsibilities also include creating rental contracts and managing vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
