Position Overview: Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is looking for a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist / Receptionist to help drive our customer service excellence while supporting our expanding business. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system efficiently
- Greet and assist customers professionally, both in-person and over the phone
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and quickly
- Handle customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges using a computer system
- Perform general office tasks including filing, inventory management, and other duties as needed by the Office Manager

- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
