The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our world-class service team! experience is preferred but will consider a well-qualified applicant with solid sales skills and a strong customer service background.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist service customers promptly and professionally

Answer service calls, schedule appointments, and keep customers updated

Advise customers on repair/service needs, costs, and completion timelines

Coordinate repair orders with Technicians

Ensure top-level customer satisfaction-get it right the first time

Recommend additional services when appropriate

Maintain accurate records and reports
What We're Looking For:

Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and motivated team player

Prior sales and/or customer service experience required (auto industry a plus)

Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish bilingual preferred)

Computer skills and ability to learn dealership software

High School diploma or GED required

Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

Valid driver's license with a clean record
