About this role
Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Albuquerque, NM, is currently seeking a Sterilization Technician to ensure sterilization of instruments while assisting with other back-office tasks and front office procedures. This position will report to the Operations Manager.
This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.
Pay range: $18-$24/hr
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to the entire team by maintaining sterile environments in the back office
- Support the front office by accurately scheduling appointments using the office’s standard scheduling structure
- Collaborate with others to provide high-quality care and experience for our patients and their families
- Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.
- Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental practice is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks correctly and on time
- Bilingual a plus
