About the Role:
We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team in the Transportation and Warehousing industry in Monmouth Junction NJ. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products within our warehouse. Your primary goal will be to maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting productivity targets. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift operator certification
- At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products and materials
- Load and unload products from trucks and other vehicles
- Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
Skills:
