Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to our residents in consideration of dietary preferences and restrictions
Prepares dining areas, providing a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gathering and meals
Assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction

About Heritage Woods of Watseka
Watseka is located southeast of Kankakee and east of Gilman and Onarga. The town has the charm and feel of a small town while offering many of the services and amenities found in larger cities.
Fully certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living Program, the Heritage Woods community is designed to serve seniors of all incomes who need some help to maintain their independence.
The two-story building is located in a tranquil and attractive residential area on the southeast side of Watseka, near Iroquois Memorial Hospital and within close proximity to phyisician offices, shopping, the library and Highways 1 and 24.
What you'll do
- The Dietary Aide serves high-quality meals and prepares dining areas for residents. They also maintain a sanitary kitchen and engage with residents compassionately.
