Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
Perform any other duties as assigned
QualificationsQualifications:
High School graduate or GED equivalent required
Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity

Watseka is located southeast of Kankakee and east of Gilman and Onarga. The town has the charm and feel of a small town while offering many of the services and amenities found in larger cities.
Fully certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living Program, the Heritage Woods community is designed to serve seniors of all incomes who need some help to maintain their independence.
The two-story building is located in a tranquil and attractive residential area on the southeast side of Watseka, near Iroquois Memorial Hospital and within close proximity to phyisician offices, shopping, the library and Highways 1 and 24.
