Non CDL Delivery Driver

The Non-CDL Delivery Driver for Heritage Landscape Supply Group is responsible for operating a vehicle for transporting goods, products, or materials to various destinations.

We are actively seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual to deliver products.  This full-time position will be responsible for delivering products to customer sites, branches, and vendors.  In addition, additional warehouse duties are required and will be in a yard/warehouse setting. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.

DUTIES

• Transporting products to and from customers, branches, and vendors.
• An eye for safety including vehicle inspections, load securement, general rules of road.
• Loading, unloading, staging orders in the warehouse, yard, and job site environments.
• Understanding and adherence to the regulations detailed in the FMCSA.
• Operating forklifts in outdoor environments
• Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE, proper lifting techniques etc., while performing daily duties and using company equipment.
• Other warehouse related duties as assigned, such as stocking, pulling, staging yard products, shipping/receiving, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge, including Internet use
• Acceptable driving record
• Forklift experience helpful
• Ability to lift 75 lbs; 50 lbs on a repetitive basis
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT Physical
