Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience (apartment/community preferred)
- HVAC expertise is a plus (EPA certification welcome)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Flexibility for on-call responsibilities (rotating evenings/weekends)
Physical Requirements:
- Lift/carry up to 50lbs regularly; occasionally 100lbs with assistance
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder climbing
- Comfort working in tight spaces and using hand tools
