JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation for the store, restrooms, offices, and maintain cleaning supply inventory.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Clean building floor by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming
  • Gather and empty trash
  • Service, clean and supply restrooms, clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, using soapy water, cleaners, sponges and squeegee's
  • Dust furniture walls, machines and equipment
  • Maintain dry floor area, especially at the front door
  • Deploy wet floor cones when necessary
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS:
The physical demands and work conditions below represent those that must be met or successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Some requirements may be modified to accommodate individuals with disabilities:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and use the hands to handle objects, tools or controls.
  • Successful performance requires vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • The work environment is that typical of an office and retail store. The noise level ranges from quiet to loud.
  • LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work schedules are variables depending on the needs of price changes the schedules will be variable
  • working from midnight.

Pay scale $16.60-$20.62

 

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position.
*Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including,
but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members.
Team Members are also able to participate in the company's 401k plan that includes a safe harbor match.
