Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to drive business growth and market share through brand management excellence, product innovation, and digital engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in FMCG sales, proven expertise in brand management, and a track record of successful product launches. This role requires a collaborative leader who can inspire teams, leverage digital tools, and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and marketing effectiveness. The candidate should have experience working in a multinational environment and be adept at driving alignment with global teams. Industry experience in FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Health & Wellness is highly preferred.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: 

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Ensure strong brand positioning and management across all channels.
  • Influence and drive the marketing agenda across key stakeholders globally and at the country level.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align brand and product strategies.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives to strengthen equity and relevance.
  • Prioritize product innovation and new product development as a key growth driver.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and deliver successful launches.
  • Utilize consumer insights and market research to identify unmet needs and create differentiated offerings.
  • Oversee media planning and buying to maximize ROI.
  • Manage celebrity endorsements, sponsored athletes, and large sponsorship deals to enhance brand visibility.
  • Negotiate and manage celebrity contracts and sponsorship agreements effectively.
  • Champion digital-first marketing strategies, including social, web, and app engagement.
  • Incorporate AI tools to optimize marketing processes and team productivity.
  • Support engagement and communication for loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
  • Increase recruitment and engagement for websites, health apps, and loyalty platforms.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS: 

Education

  • MBA from a reputed institute is mandatory.
  • Industry experience in FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Health & Wellness preferred.

Experience

  • 20 years of marketing experience with early career exposure in FMCG sales.
  • Proven success in brand management and product innovation.
  • Strong experience in consumer-driven strategies and market research.
  • Exposure to multinational environments and ability to work with global teams.
  • Ability to influence and drive marketing priorities across global and local stakeholders.
  • Experience in media planning, sponsorships, and celebrity contract management.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise; familiarity with AI-driven tools is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
