We are seeking a Facilities Specialist to join our facilities department in New Mexico. Maintain and service Hensley Beverage buildings at a high level to optimize the quality of the products stored in the facilities. Will perform general property and building maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general upkeep.
QualificationsPosition Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- General building and property maintenance
- Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall/painting, etc.
- General cleaning of the property
- Coordinate and manage 3rd party contractors doing on-site work
- Work with on-site and corporate management to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Adhere to trade safety and environmental safety
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
· Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
· Must be at least 18 years of age or older
· Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
· Must be able to work well with others
· Frequently required to work on a ladder
· Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
