With Henry Schein one we work with two dental practice management systems; EXACT(Software of Excellence) which is server based and Dentally which provides cloud based online dental practice management software that helps thousands of dental practices and professionals.

How you’ll make an impact

As a Systems Engineer, you will champion process improvement and system optimisation across HSOne. Your role is to analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration. You’ll work with a variety of tools including HubSpot, Jira, and other platforms to streamline operations and support evolving business needs. Curiosity and adaptability will be key as you explore new technologies and bring innovative practices to the organisation.
 

What you'll do

• Improve processes and implement solutions that drive efficiency.
• Configure and optimise business systems (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Jira, and other tools) to support marketing, sales, and operational workflows.
• Support system integrations and ensure smooth adoption of new tools.
• Provide input on technical architecture and end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver training to help teams adopt systems effectively.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Work standard business hours (Mon–Fri), with occasional out-of-hours support when required.

What you’ll bring with you

• Strong understanding of systems and process optimisation.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and Jira (workflow configuration, automation, reporting).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
