WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Equipment Service Technician, you will deliver high-quality technical service and support to dental offices by installing, maintaining, and repairing dental equipment in accordance with company and manufacturer standards. You will respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, provide guidance on equipment care and upgrades, and ensure accurate completion of service documentation, billing, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with Technical Service Managers and fellow technicians while maintaining flexibility to meet customer needs, including occasional evening or weekend work, and consistently adhere to company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
WHAT YOU BRING
You bring post-secondary education in a related technical field (or equivalent experience) and a strong interest in mechanics or electronics. You have experience in a service or equipment environment, strong customer service and sales skills, and are comfortable supporting customers in person and over the phone. You are well organized, detail-oriented, comfortable learning new technologies and systems, and willing to complete company training as required.

*This position is based in our Concord Branch and requires some travel across Ontario.
Compensation: The posted range for this position is $54,000- $64,000 which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc.
