Henry Schein Medical busca un Regional Account Manager para impulsar el desarrollo de negocio en Cataluña y Aragon. Esta posición clave se centra en la gestión y crecimiento de grandes cuentas regionales y cuentas clave dentro del sector médico/sanitario: medicina general, estética, geriatría, dermatología y otras especialidades.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes asignada, asegurando relaciones sólidas y duraderas.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y prospectar nuevos clientes.
  • Elaborar presupuestos y ofertas, garantizando un seguimiento óptimo de entregas e incidencias.
  • Diseñar e implementar planes operativos para cuentas clave.
  • Coordinar acciones comerciales y acuerdos estratégicos con clientes.
  • Ejecutar y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos en el Annual Sales Plan.
  • Colaborar de manera efectiva con departamentos internos: Marketing, Telemarketing, Administración, Atención al Cliente, Finanzas, entre otros.
  • Identificar y gestionar los contactos clave en cada cuenta, estableciendo relaciones estables con los decisores de cada cuenta.
  • Contribuir a la definición del plan anual de la compañía.

Perfil profesional

  • Titulado en ADE, Empresariales o similar; se valoran posgrados o especializaciones en comercial y desarrollo de negocio.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión autónoma de cartera de clientes, planificación comercial y desarrollo de negocio.
  • Experto en elaborar e implementar planes operativos de cuentas, anticipándose a necesidades y siguiendo directrices estratégicas.
  • Experiencia en venta de dispositivos médicos y material sanitario, gestionando un amplio portafolio de productos de distribución.
  • Capacidad para identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio y gestionar relaciones con Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Colaboración efectiva con otras áreas de la empresa, incluyendo coordinación de equipos por influencia.
  • Conocimiento del mercado la distribución sanitaria, tendencias y entorno competitivo.
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos, elaboración de reportes de ventas y márgenes para la toma de decisiones.
  • Competencias destacadas: orientación a resultados y proactividad comercial.

Requisitos adicionales

  • Disponibilidad para viajar aproximadamente 20% del tiempo (ajustable según zona).
  • Ubicación: Barcelona, con influencia en Cataluña y Aragón.
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas informáticas: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook y experiencia en el uso de CRM.
  • Se valorará: nivel de inglés, conocimientos del sector de distribución sanitaria y experiencia con grandes cuentas regionales del sector médico/ sanitario.

Ofrecemos

  • Salario fijo: 40.000 € brutos anuales en 14 pagas (incluyendo julio y diciembre).
  • Bonus anual: 10.000 €, pagado trimestralmente.
