Einsatzleiter/in für den technischen Außendienst
Darum geht es - Ihre Aufgaben:
- Annahme von telefonischen Serviceanfragen
- Koordination und Steuerung der Technikereinsätze für Reparaturen, Umzüge und Neumontagen
- Effektive Routen- und Einsatzplanung
- Prüfung und Abrechnung der Serviceaufträge
- Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Erstellung der Schulungs- und Urlaubsplanung
- Ansprechperson (w/m/d) für unsere Kunden sowie dem Vertrieb und den Fachabteilungen innerhalb des Unternehmens
Gute Voraussetzungen - Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technisch orientierte Berufsausbildung
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Steuerung von Außendiensttechnikern wäre wünschenswert
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber keine Bedingung
- Kenntnisse der dentalen Gerätetechnik wären von Vorteil
- Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative im Tagesgeschäft

What you'll do
- The Einsatzleiter is responsible for accepting service requests, coordinating technician assignments for repairs and installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include route planning, service order processing, and acting as a point of contact for customers and internal departments.
