About this role

THE POSITION

Within the Infrastructure & Support division, and reporting to the Manager of the Support IT Team, you will be responsible for installing and ensuring the proper functioning of IT and telephony equipment (hardware and software) for Henner Group employees, using the tools provided. Your position is based in Lisbon. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and deploying laptops via Microsoft Intune.
  • Preparing and deploying mobile devices and other network-connected peripherals.
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of the local network.
  • Assisting users and partners on-site or remotely to quickly resolve incidents and help them make the best use of their IT and office tools, in close collaboration with other infrastructure teams (administrators, helpdesk, project teams, etc.).
  • Reporting and analyzing security indicators under the supervision of the Information Security Officer (RSSI).
  • Managing meeting rooms (video conferencing equipment, room booking tablets, etc.).
  • Writing procedures to contribute to the knowledge base and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Monitoring, managing, and maintaining the IT asset inventory in collaboration with the Asset team.
  • Handling requests and incidents via the SERVICENOW ticketing tool.
  • Initiating and following up on interventions with partner companies (DELL, CANON, etc.).
     

YOUR PROFILE

  • Curious, rigorous, organized, and autonomous, with strong adaptability skills.
  • Ideally, you have good knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
  • Comfortable adapting to change and proactive in suggesting improvements.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Respectful of established rules and security standards (ISO 27001), and capable of applying them to ensure IT security.
  • Comfortable working in Windows 11 and Mac environments.
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory administration.
  • Knowledge of Exchange messaging systems.
  • Proficient in both English and French, written and spoken.
