About this role

THE POSITION

Our Medical Division is currently recruiting a Medical Coordination Assistant (M/F) on a permanent contract.

As a member of the team, you will join a dynamic and caring management unit at our site in Tunis.

As a Medical Coordination Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks:

  • Apply the current administrative procedures
  • Create files in the Medcase tool
  • Ensure the management and follow-up of existing files
  • Report any sensitive cases or detected anomalies to your line manager

You will also be responsible for managing preventive services:

  • Centralize client requests in the context of organizing medical check-ups
  • Propose appropriate service providers
  • Collect medical information from healthcare providers
  • Manage appointments across your international scope

You will hold a versatile position, offering genuine opportunities for career development.

DESIRED PROFILE

You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), with or without experience in the insurance sector — but your personality matters just as much to us.

You have already worked in an international environment and possess strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

You are service-oriented, thorough and detail-focused, with strong interpersonal abilities.

Dynamic, organized and proactive, you demonstrate kindness and patience.

You are able to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
