本ポジションは、営業チームおよび技術チームを支援し、顧客と社内をつなぐ重要な役割を担います。工業用金属処理分野における技術営業サポートとして、円滑なコミュニケーション、正確な資料作成、安定した顧客対応を通じて、ビジネスの推進に貢献していただきます。
理工系バックグラウンドをお持ちの方が、技術知識を活かしながら営業・技術サポート領域で長期的なキャリアを築いていくのに適したポジションです。
経験豊富なメンバーと協働しながら、顧客対応や社内業務に幅広く関わり、将来的なキャリア成長の機会もあります。
What you´ll do
- 営業・技術チームのサポート業務（データ管理、報告書・資料作成）
- 顧客向けプレゼンテーション資料および技術関連資料の作成補助
- 工業用金属処理分野における技術サービスのサポート
- 顧客および社内関係者との連絡・調整業務
- 必要に応じた顧客打合せ・国内出張への同行
- 社内システムを使用した案件・顧客情報の管理
- 関係部門と連携し、円滑な顧客対応を実施
What makes you a good fit
- 理工系学士以上（化学、化学工学、材料、金属、機械系など）
- 営業、技術サポート、またはそれに準ずる実務経験（1年以上）
- 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
- 社内外と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる日本語力
- 普通自動車運転免許
Nice to have
- 工業用材料、金属処理、化学関連業界での業務経験
- 顧客対応や技術サービスの実務経験
- 英語力（読み書き・会話）※必須ではありませんが、グローバル環境でのキャリア形成に有利です
- 営業、製品開発、またはプロジェクト管理への関心
- チームでの業務経験、主体的に行動できる姿勢

What you'll do
- Support the sales and technical teams by managing data, preparing reports, and assisting in the creation of presentation materials. Facilitate communication between customers and internal stakeholders while providing technical service support in the industrial metal treatment field.
