What you´ll do

  • Assists in supporting global process excellence, adherence, and standardization.
  • Collaborates with regional SC Planning teams to help identify support needs and performance gaps.
  • Supports identifying region-specific process adjustments.
  • Assists in continuous improvement projects, coordinating global, regional, and local team resources.
  • Helps in periodic reviews of technology requirements to ensure alignment with processes.
  • Works with dx and tech providers to ensure technology supports processes effectively.
  • Assists in creating reports to keep stakeholders informed of performance improvements or risks.
  • Supports root cause analysis efforts.
  • Assists in providing process guidance and developing work instructions for GBS+ counterparts

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning and/or supply chain management roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience managing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
  • Solid background in supply planning, production planning, and materials planning.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000.
