Critica Infrastructure is part of our pioneering IPR (Infrastructure, Repair and Maintenance) portfolio, a high-performance critical infrastructure division providing innovative, award-winning asset integrity solutions for safe and sustainable construction, repair, maintenance and structural strengthening of oil, gas, and water pipelines; industrial pipework’s; wastewater and stormwater infrastructure; and bridges and other industrial structures. What you´ll do

Planning & Inventory Management:

o   Forecast demand and set replenishment plans

o   Manage inventory control and warehouse/order fulfilment

o   Own budget performance with a focus on OSMI and waste reduction

Sourcing & Procurement:

o   Collaborate with buyers and negotiate supplier contracts

o   Ensure product availability and supplier performance

Logistics Operations:

o   Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, transportation, and storage

o   Ensure compliance with hazardous goods regulations

Performance & Continuous Improvement:

o   Track KPIs, analyse budgets, and identify inefficiencies

o   Drive process improvements and cost optimization

o   Partner with SHE teams to maintain a zero-incident safety culture

o   Promote S-Q-D-I-C principles (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost)

Team Leadership:

o   Recruit, train, and mentor logistics, facilities, and warehouse team

o   Align resources with business growth

o   Foster strong cross-functional communication

What makes you a good fit

·       Proven leadership and adaptability in dynamic environments

·       Ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams across logistics and warehouse functions

·       Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities

·       Demonstrated success in physical inventory accuracy and cycle count procedures

·       Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

·       Experience with MRP systems (SAP preferred)

·       Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)


Core hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Full time site based.
