About this Position

In the role of Senior Designer, you will play a crucial part in enhancing Henkel’s visual identity by creating and refining print and digital marketing materials that align with our brand strategy and design guidelines. Your expertise in design and attention to detail will help address the ongoing need for engaging and impactful marketing assets that resonate with our audience, ensuring that our communications reflect the quality and innovation that Henkel stands for. What you´ll do

• Create and edit marketing content for various formats, including but not limited to print, social media, e-commerce, digital, html file preparation and/or video.
• Manipulate photography and create vector graphics.
• Meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Utilize project management tools and assist with administrative tasks to support efficient workflows and productivity.
• Follow archiving procedures and asset management.
• Manage time and priorities effectively, liaise with business partners, and provide timely feedback on project timeline, concerns and updates to stakeholders.

What makes you a good fit

•  Bachelor's or Vocational Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Creatives and Design, or any related courses.
• Minimum of three (3) years' related work experience in designing collaterals (banners, prints, etc.), preferably from Technology industries. Nice to have video and animation skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite Applications Print (Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design), preferably with knowledge in After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Able to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional team stakeholders; highly creative, organized and has attention to details; excellent communication skills.
• Amenable to accept 5 months fixed-term contract, and work on a mid shift schedule (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
