About this Position

This role manages day‑to‑day compensation and benefits while ensuring alignment with strategic rewards and legal standards. It supports performance‑based pay, recognition, well‑being initiatives, and provides data‑driven insights and reporting for HR leadership. The position also addresses employee queries, supports key HR projects, ensures compliance, and contributes to job evaluation and role grading. 

 

What you´ll do

  • Manage day-to-day aspects of compensation structures and benefits programs
  • Ensure programs align with company's strategic rewards framework and comply with legal standards
  • Assist in implementing recognition and well-being programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Help develop and manage performance-based compensation
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights
  • Generate reports for HR leadership detailing trends and recommendations
  • Provide support in HR initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and global mobility projects
  • Address and resolve employee queries regarding total rewards Inform and educate employees about their benefits and any compensation options
  • Maintain compliance with total rewards processes and assist in their optimization for enhanced efficiency
  • Participate in job evaluation processes, contributing to the grading and evaluation of roles

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 3 years (1 – 2 years in total rewards, from the benefit side – insurance, employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives)
  • Postgraduate /MBA – Human Resources
