What you´ll do

  • Support Recruitment Partners in filling open positions within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Create job advertisements for publication in digital media
  • Initiate and track approval processes and other relevant recruiting workflows within the applicant tracking system
  • Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Take on additional tasks within the recruiting process

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study
  • Gain initial practical experience in recruitment within an internationally operating large corporation
  • Demonstrate strong user knowledge of applicant tracking systems and ideally other HR-related IT tools
  • Show an open, reliable, and dependable personality
  • Work in a solution-oriented yet precise manner
  • Possess fluent German skills as well as very good written and spoken English skills
