About this Position
The HRBP will lead the implementation of the People Capability Program, drive cultural transformation, workforce development, and operational excellence, ensuring the plant is future-ready and aligned with Henkel’s standards.
What you´ll do
• Lead the People Capability Program, focusing on functional competencies for shop floor and leadership roles and Team Effectiveness via High Performing Teams programs for both leaders and operators
• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning to anticipate future skill needs
• Implement Front Line Worker and Manager Development Programs
• Champion Henkel’s Cultural Transformation and Leadership Commitments.
• Promote DEI initiatives and foster a cohesive plant culture
• Collaborate with hiring teams to improve recruitment outcomes
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing programs tailored to production workers
• Partner with compensation teams to ensure fair and competitive pay
• Drive adoption of digital HR tools to enhance employee experience
• Facilitate systematic knowledge sharing across HR and production teams
What makes you a good fit
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Experience in leading capability development or transformation programs is a strong advantage
• Strong facilitation and project management skills
• Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and social sustainability
