About this Position

 

What you´ll do

  • Own and continuously develop the global process engineering framework for SSMP technologies across the production network
  • Provide technical sign-off for global network projects to ensure optimal process design and compliance with standards
  • Drive the implementation of advanced and automated production processes aligned with safety, sustainability, quality, and cost targets
  • Collaborate closely with Technology Development, Regional Operations, and Global Capital Project Management on process solutions
  • Support new product introductions by ensuring process and technology readiness
  • Develop and deploy standardized process engineering best practices across all regions
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives
  • Build and manage global process engineering capabilities, including knowledge sharing and training initiatives

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific field
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in process engineering, technology development, or a comparable field
  • Proven experience leading global projects and working in cross-functional, international teams
  • Deep expertise in process engineering and SSMP technologies
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Fluent English skills
