About this role

What you´ll do

  • Execute the sales strategy and develop action plans for the assigned territory in line with business priorities
  • Drive and monitor implementation of the regional pricing strategy
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers across the assigned area
  • Lead the execution of key strategic sales initiatives within the territory
  • Deliver sales, distribution, and profitability targets (including volume, gross profit, and contribution margins)
  • Ensure effective territory coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales and profit potential
  • Coordinate activities across key internal interfaces and ensure timely completion of administrative requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure full commercial support
  • Coordinate with Key Account Management teams on customer prioritization and strategic alignment
  • Ensure compliant execution of all sales processes, including pricing governance and customer data management
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, and take corrective actions when needed
  • Manage and develop relationships with distribution partners, including performance and financial monitoring 

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in construction materials
  • Strong preference for experience in waterproofing products and/or building chemicals
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and sustain strategic partnerships
  • Solid experience working with applicators, contractors, and key project stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel as required
