What you´ll do

  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers, providing professional, customer‑centric support.
  • Manage day‑to‑day customer interactions, including inbound and outbound communication.
  • Support the order‑to‑cash process and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems. 
  • Build strong customer relationships, identify service improvements, and gather feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for retention and new business during customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency, and best‑practice adoption.
  • Monitor performance using KPIs and manage daily/weekly workflows for productivity.
  • Utilize systems such as SAP and Service Cloud to ensure efficient service and data quality. 

What makes you a good fit

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Sales.
  • Background in customer‑facing operations with understanding of order‑to‑cash and basic supply chain processes.
  • Experience with cloud‑based service tools (e.g., Service Cloud), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and related applications.
  • Strong communication with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Accountability, teamwork, and effective problem‑solving.
  • Ability to stay organized, adapt to change, and improve processes.
  • Builds customer loyalty through positive, solution‑driven interactions.
  • Comfortable operating customer systems and technology.

The salary for this role is $55,000.00- $65,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
